What happens

Itchy, a black cartoon cat brandishing a knife, chases Scratchy, a blue mouse, beneath the yellow title card reading 'Itchy & Scratchy in Spay Anything', after an opening view of the Simpsons' brown-roofed house and lawn. The scene then shows a sign reading 'Itchy's Cat Hospital' above magenta doors, followed by Scratchy hugging a pink-based sign reading 'We Pay Your Pet $75' while a black cat with a white belly, likely Snowball II, looks on wide-eyed from the sidewalk.
