What happens

Frame one shows a red-and-white vehicle with an orange top, labeled with partial lettering, driving across a cactus-filled desert, with a figure in a red seat and a blue-haired silhouette near the front, the Simpsons-style cartoon figures being too small to name. In the following frames the vehicle, now small and distant, travels along a winding dirt road through the cacti toward distant brown mountains under a bright blue sky with white clouds. The picture then fades to black, and the scene returns to the blue sky with drifting clouds while the yellow title card reading "THE THOMPSONS" appears in bold letters over the clouds.
