A blue cartoon mouse and a black cartoon cat appear in a bloody-slapstick Itchy and Scratchy style cartoon shown on a television set
The Simpsons, “Homer Goes to College” (season 5, episode 3), 17:28–17:39
What happens
A blue cartoon mouse and a black cartoon cat appear in a bloody-slapstick Itchy and Scratchy style cartoon shown on a television set. The cat points upward while a lit fuse burns down toward a pile of crates labeled NITRO, EXPLOSIVES and TNT, then the fuse reaches a crate of red dynamite sticks and sparks ignite in a burst of orange. The mouse, meanwhile, is tied with rope and wrapped around its body with green grenades dangling from its ears, grimacing against a pink background as the sparkles flash around it.
