What happens

Homer, in a white shirt, pink tie and blue pants, sits on a wooden crate in a blue brick room and first jabs his finger angrily at a coiled hose while two men look on: a bald man in a green shirt and black tie, and a man in a grey shirt and dark tie with a reddish tuft of hair. Homer then gestures with a raised fist, leans back and covers his ears with his hands, and the bald man holds the coiled hose as a fly lands on his lip while he looks bored, followed by the red-haired man grimacing and speaking with his mouth open. The scene includes a green-stained barrel, pipes, and a crate marked with a small yellow emblem.
