Homer Simpson stands on a bunk-bed frame in a dormitory-like room while Bart lies sprawled on a purple couch and tosses a red ball

What happens

Homer Simpson, bald and wearing a white shirt and blue pants, stands on a bunk-bed frame in a dormitory-like room while Bart, in an orange shirt and blue shorts, lies sprawled on a purple couch and tosses a red ball. In the first frames Homer steps forward toward the bunk bed, then he stands above a dark-haired man in glasses and a green sweater, a red-haired boy in a white shirt, and a bespectacled man in a green vest, all seated in front. Homer points upward, then raises both hands with fingers pointing at his head and his mouth open as if speaking excitedly. Nearby on the floor sit papers, a red box, and a blue object, while a potted plant hangs from the ceiling and a chalkboard and a framed picture of four hatted figures hang on the wall.
