Bart Simpson stands before a green chalkboard with a chalk drawing of a pig, while Carl and Homer watch beside him

What happens

Bart Simpson, in an orange shirt and blue shorts, stands before a green chalkboard with a chalk drawing of a pig, while Carl, a Black man with glasses and a green shirt, and Homer, bald in a white shirt and blue pants, watch beside him. The scene shifts to a cramped room with a bunk bed, scattered papers, and a wall clock, where Bart, Homer, Carl, and an unnamed man with brown hair in an olive sweater and an unnamed red-haired man in a white shirt crouch around a large map spread on the floor. They lean over the map and gesture toward it, while Bart folds his arms and stares with a sly expression.
