What happens

Homer, the bald, heavy man in a white shirt and blue pants, stands in a pink hallway by a tan arched door, facing a stranger in a sleeveless brown vest and blue pants who stands in the open doorway with rain falling outside, pointing a handgun at Homer. Homer turns his body and holds his hand out toward the door, then the gunman steps back out of view and Homer leans away from the doorway, his arms out, looking toward the door. The scene then shows the empty hallway with a purple coat hanging on a red coat rack, a teal rug, and a red side table at the right edge, with the front door closed and no one present.
