What happens

Two chimpanzee-like figures in green coats stand on a rocky orange-sky plain, one holding a magnifying glass while the other lifts a small grey creature by the scruff, with a wagon wheel at right and a line of yellow, bald captives in loincloths behind them at the start. The scene then cuts to Mr. Burns, green-skinned, thin and hook-nosed with grey hair at the sides, sealed inside a glass pod on a stand, grimacing and talking while a shaggy grey creature with a patchy coat sits in the foreground beside him. Across the final frames Burns's head tilts and his mouth opens and closes as he speaks, while the grey creature stays in place at the lower left.
