What happens

Homer and a masked figure in a yellow shirt, black hood and boots stand around a round purple platform on a pole, with a cable running between them, and the masked figure pulls the cable as the platform turns. The scene then shifts to a dark, close view of the spinning pole and its platform, and later to a cafeteria counter where Carl, in a pink shirt, and a yellow-skinned man in a green shirt hold a tray with a burger and milk beside a glass case of cupcakes and pastries, with the man glancing sideways.
