What happens

Homer, Marge, Lisa and baby Maggie, the baby with a pacifier and blue bow, descend a stone staircase in a dim brick passage lit by torches held in white wall-mounted hands, past a sign reading SUPER FUN HAPPY SLIDE. Lisa carries a wooden mallet and stake while Homer walks ahead, and in the next moment Homer throws his arms up in alarm beside the sign and then glances over at Lisa, who holds the mallet and stake. The family then reaches a gloomy vaulted crypt with candelabras and dark stone coffins, where they stand together at the foot of the stairs.
