The Simpsons, “Treehouse of Horror IV” (season 5, episode 5), 4:25–4:35
What happens
Homer, bald and in a white shirt, is strapped into a metal chair while a blue horned devil leans beside him, grinning and then narrowing his eyes, in a hellish setting with stacks of pink donuts behind them. The scene opens with a green-clawed hand bringing a cleaver down into a bin labeled HOT DOG MEAT, then cuts to a purple door reading HELL LABS IRONIC PUNISHMENT DIVISION, which is swallowed by flames. Blood splatters run down the orange walls throughout.
