What happens

Homer, in an orange-and-white safety vest, stands in the kitchen holding a red megaphone-like item and a spray can while Bart, in an orange shirt, covers his ears beside the green refrigerator. At the breakfast table Marge with her tall blue beehive, Lisa in her red dress, and Maggie in her high chair look on as Homer raises a red and blue object over Bart's head, then gestures expansively with his arm, a coiled orange cord looped over his shoulder. Outside in the rain, Lisa in her orange dress walks past a yellow Springfield Elementary School bus and Bart stands in a doorway looking worried, with the rainy street and grassy yard visible behind him.
