What happens

Bart Simpson lies strapped to a hospital gurney in a white restraining jacket while an older man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides leans over him, and a crowd watches from behind a chain-link fence. An attendant in a white uniform and cap shuts the doors of an ambulance marked EDLAM HOSPITAL with a clown-face logo, then the ambulance, labeled NEW BEDLAM MENTAL HOSPITAL and AMBULANCE, drives down a tree-lined road with its lights flashing and two attendants in front. Inside, Bart lies on the gurney beside an IV stand and a control panel, eyes shut and laughing with his head on the pillow.
