What happens

Marge Simpson, with her tall blue beehive, sits in the passenger seat of a car beside a woman in red cat-eye sunglasses, dark bobbed hair, and a gold hoop earring, who is not one of the regulars and whose lips are pressed tight and teeth clenched as she grips the wheel. Marge looks sideways with wide eyes, her mouth opening to speak, then closing with a worried, pursed expression, while the woman's face tightens and she grits her teeth and stares ahead. Through the windshield and side window, a dirt bank with green shrubs and grass passes by as the car drives along, with the woman's grimace deepening and her gaze turning forward in the final moments.
