What happens

No Simpsons characters appear in this moment; it is a black closing credits sequence with gold text on a plain background. Six credit cards appear in turn: character layout artists (Mike Anderson, Lance Kramer, Nancy Kruse, John Mathot, Steve Mealue, Paul Wee, Tomihiro Yamaguchi), background layout artists, animation timing by Dave Bastian, lip sync by Kent Holaday, and computer animation by Geoffrey W. Mark, followed by production staff such as Anne Luiting, Miles Lewis Horst, Angela Ousey, Laurie Biernacki, Raymond M. Iacovacci, Anthony R. Reyes, and production assistants. The credits then move to a card reading Executive in Charge of Production for Gracie Films, Michael P. Schoenbrun, and finally Executive Creative Consultant James L. Brooks.
