What happens

Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, and Homer, the bald, heavy man in a white shirt and blue pants, are in a backyard beside a wooden fence. Bart stands at a metal pole, with a black bike lock chained around it, which he grips and holds up while looking wide-eyed. Homer stands nearby, then Bart is seen beside Homer as Homer places a hand on Bart's shoulder and guides him to walk away from the pole. A metal picnic table with a black chain-and-lock wrapped around one leg sits at the right edge of the yard.
