What happens

Bart, slumped with closed eyes in a blue armchair on a stage, is joined by Homer, who stands with a hand to his chin, and Marge, with her tall blue beehive, beside a heavyset man with reddish-brown hair in a grey sweater and dark trousers, who is not named in the frames. The man stands in front of an orange wall, with a white-draped table holding three blue objects at the left and a silhouetted audience in the foreground, and he points toward Bart before the scene cuts to a close-up of a man with dark curly hair and a grey sweater at a wooden lectern with a microphone, clasping his hands together, eyes shut and grinning.
