What happens

Homer Simpson, the bald, heavy man in a white shirt, stands at a doorway talking with Krusty the Clown, who has a red nose, teal curly hair, a bald yellow head, and a lilac shirt with a blue bow tie. Outside the doorway, a street with houses and trees is visible in the first moment, and the scene is set in a doorway with a blue interior behind Krusty. Krusty first beams and gestures with a grin, then grows wide-eyed and open-mouthed, then sits with a puzzled look, and finally raises a white-gloved hand to his chin while his mouth hangs open and he gestures with his other arm.
