What happens

Lisa Simpson, the girl with star-shaped spiky hair, a red dress and a pearl necklace, stands in a pink-walled room facing Bart Simpson, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt seen from behind on the right. Lisa talks and gestures, first with her eyes half-closed, then with her arms spread wide and eyes wide open, then with her mouth open in an expression of alarm. In the final moment, Krusty the Clown, the green-haired clown in a lavender shirt and bow tie, appears behind Bart waving a white-gloved hand, while Bart looks down with eyes half-closed and grimaces, a small green creature with raised arms sitting nearby.
