What happens

Milhouse, with blue hair and glasses in a pink shirt and red shorts, and Bart, with spiky hair in an orange shirt and blue shorts, appear first on a shelf-like ledge near a tall green pole, then move to the front of a building with 'ANIMAL SHELTER' lettering. They grin at each other, then crouch in the street at night under a streetlamp and dark blue sky, pumping their arms up and then holding them out wide as they face each other with wide-open mouths.
