What happens

Bart Simpson, in a green jacket, red scarf, green shorts and blue sneakers, stands on a sidewalk in front of a red-orange storefront while an unnamed stocky, bespectacled man in a white shirt, grey tie and green trousers brandishes a large saw blade and a dark stick. The man lunges, kicks one leg high and swings the blade, then ends up sprawled on the pavement in the foreground, face down with a stubbly bald head, while Bart watches with a worried expression. At the right edge, a figure in dark blue holds a knife, and a partly visible red sign with white lettering hangs on the building.
