What happens

Homer, the bald, heavy man in a white shirt and pink tie, stands in a hotel room beside an orange-haired woman in a white shirt and blue tie with a name tag, who sits on a bed with a pink telephone nearby. As she grins, speaks, and then holds up the pink receiver and gestures with her other hand, Homer watches her, and the scene ends on a brown screen with a glowing red cloche icon above the words "ROOM SERVICE ALERT".
