What happens

Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, leans on a wooden counter in a classroom with green walls, a wood-panelled ceiling and a fluorescent light, while a spiky-haired blond boy in a red shirt stands behind him and a man in a white shirt with a purple pin, tan hair and no suit stands at the counter. The man raises one hand, then grips his head and cheeks in exasperation, and Bart's expression shifts from a bored, half-lidded look to wide-eyed alarm as he reaches toward the blond boy's head. An older grey-haired man with glasses watches from the background by the window, and a paper notice is pinned to the wall beside Bart.
