What happens

Homer, the bald, heavy man in a white shirt, stands at the left of the room holding a blue remote control toward the viewer while looking at a TV set. On the TV, two large grey-brown flies with blue compound eyes and curly orange legs hover over green hills and a winding river, and one of them flies off to the right in a blur. The scene then cuts to a TV showing a blue gym where a woman in a pink leotard works an exercise machine beside a woman in yellow sweats and a white headband lying face down on a bench. The screen then goes black with a purple border, and the word "JUST" appears in white capital letters on the left.
