What happens

Homer, a bald heavyset man in a white shirt, and Mr. Burns, a frail, stooped old man with a hooked nose, grey hair at the sides and a dark suit, stand on a city sidewalk in front of a brick building and parked cars, with Burns pointing and Homer looking on. Homer then grabs Burns by the arm and flies with him over the clouds, Burns looking worried as his suit hangs limp. The scene ends with a view of Burns's large white mansion with a fountain, a tennis court and gardens, with Homer perched on its roof.
