What happens

Bart, a spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, stands beside a moustached man in a blue suit and black tie, who holds a small blue object to his mouth in front of a large brown wooden structure with plank-like panels. The man grins and then lowers the object over his shoulder while Bart looks up at him, and Nelson, the bully in a blue vest, pops up over the wooden structure, shouting with a raised fist as the man glances at him. Nelson then leans on the structure with a smirk while the man grimaces and turns toward it, and Bart is no longer visible in the final moment.
