What happens

Mr. Burns, frail and stooped with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, lies in bed in a white nightshirt while Smithers, in a blue robe and blue nightcap, stands beside him. Burns points a long finger and gestures while Smithers holds a small white cup, then Burns lowers his gaze and looks wistful, fingers resting near his beard. The room has lavender-blue wall panels, a red headboard, and a small bottle on a side table.
