What happens

Mr. Burns, frail and stooped in a white coat with grey hair at the sides, sits up in a bed while yellow-gloved hands set a wooden model airplane on the blanket. He lifts the model on its stand, then thrusts it toward Smithers, his thin assistant in a blue uniform, glasses and blue cap, who stands beside the bed. Burns keeps holding the plane out with his mouth open and then glances aside, while Smithers watches in a lavender room with blue cabinets.
