What happens

Ned Flanders, with his moustache, glasses and green sweater, stands in a driveway holding a basketball in front of a brick house with a red garage door, while two Flanders children, a boy in a blue shirt and a girl in a pink shirt with curly reddish hair, stand nearby. Homer, bald and wearing a white shirt, stands at the right edge with his back partly turned toward the group. Across the frames Ned keeps holding the ball and looks toward Homer, the children stay still and glance around, and Homer remains in place without moving much, with no clear change in their positions over the moment.
