Homer stands at left holding a metal pipe while Ned Flanders stands in a doorway on the right

What happens

Homer, the bald, heavy man in a white shirt, stands at left holding a metal pipe while Ned Flanders, with a moustache, glasses and a maroon bathrobe with a lilac belt, stands in a doorway on the right. Ned starts with his hands open and gesturing, then raises one hand to the door frame and grins, while Homer's eyes widen and he looks worried. In the final moment Homer grins and talks with his eyes half-closed, while Ned, eyes shut and smiling, rests his hands at his waist. The blue house exterior with a paned door and window forms the setting, and the lead pipe in Homer's hands is the notable object.
