Ned Flanders and Homer in his white shirt and blue pants sit side by side in red theater seats, with other audience members behind them

What happens

Ned Flanders, with his moustache, glasses and green sweater, and Homer in his white shirt and blue pants sit side by side in red theater seats, with other audience members behind them. The scene opens on two football players in white and maroon uniforms, numbered 57 and 20, seated on blue benches beside a man in a red jacket holding a clipboard who walks past a '50' yard-line marker on the green field. Then the view moves to the seats: Ned turns toward the viewer and smiles while Homer looks on, and Ned speaks as Homer's eyes shift sideways. Homer then leans toward Ned and talks, and in the last moment Homer holds a multicolored beach ball on his lap while Ned glances at it.
