What happens

Ned Flanders, in a green sweater with a moustache, and Homer Simpson, bald in a white shirt, sit in a blue station wagon in a parking lot, Ned gripping the steering wheel while Homer looks nervously to the side. Carl, in a grey jacket and pink shirt, and Lenny, with spiky black hair, green sweater and suspenders, walk past the car, then stand together glancing back toward it. Parked cars, trees, lampposts and a chain-link fence fill the lot around them.
