Moe grips the front of a green-sweatered man with a moustache and glasses, Ned Flanders, in a bar with bottles and red ceiling tiles behind them

What happens

Moe, the grey-haired bartender with a bow tie and suspenders, grips the front of a green-sweatered man with a moustache and glasses, Ned Flanders, in a bar with bottles and red ceiling tiles behind them. In the first part, Moe glares while standing near shelves of bottles. Next, Moe sits beside a bed where a black-haired girl with braids lies under an IV drip, reading aloud from a pink book with an animal on its cover. Then Moe sits holding the book and speaking as the girl listens. Finally, back at the bar, Moe leans across the counter, glaring and clutching Flanders' sweater while a glass of beer sits nearby, and Flanders leans in close with a grimace.
