What happens

Ned Flanders, with a moustache, glasses and a green sweater, and Maud Flanders, with a tall reddish-brown hairdo, stand at a picnic table smeared with orange and green goo, and Ned holds a food item to his mouth while Maud flails her hands covered in mess. Later, Ned in his green sweater leans into the open back of a blue station wagon, lifting a red box while a rolled-up tan sleeping bag sits on the ground. Homer, bald with stubble and a white shirt, stands beside the car and watches as Ned bends down to pick up the red box and then lifts it into the back. Homer then stands in the open air by the orange car, touching his ear and then pointing up with one finger while speaking, with a blue sky and clouds behind him.
