What happens

Homer Simpson, bald with stubble and wearing a white shirt, sits against a blue wall reading an open booklet, then looks up with his mouth open as if speaking. A large white thought cloud appears above him showing two men in olive-green military uniforms standing side by side, one tall and thin with dark hair and the other stockier with dark hair and stripes on his sleeve. The stocky man in the cloud shouts with his mouth wide open and arms flung out, then breaks into a grin while standing with his arms at his sides, as Homer watches with a sly smile in the lower left corner.
