What happens

Homer Simpson, Marge Simpson, Lisa Simpson and Bart Simpson are in the family living room, with Homer standing by the green armchair and Marge, Lisa and Bart on the maroon couch. Homer starts out with his arm extended toward the couch, then lowers his hand and gestures while speaking, and by the end stands with his arms crossed while Marge holds a bowl of popcorn and Lisa reads a book. Bart lies back on the couch at first, then sits up and looks worried. In the final frame, the scene cuts to a brown greyhound, Santa's Little Helper, and a black cat, Snowball II, beside a black toy piano, with the cat's paw on the keys. Framed portraits of the family hang on the pink wall, and a red lamp and a staircase are visible in the room.
