What happens

A frail, very thin old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, Mr. Burns, laughs on a red couch, holding a glass, while a spiky-haired boy in a red jacket sits beside him. Earlier, a TV-style screen shows three cartoon dogs in top hats and tuxedos puffing cigars and waving cash while a small blue mouse-like character in an orange shirt reaches for money, then a burning dollar bill with a green all-seeing-eye pyramid emblem gives way to a screen filled with orange flames. The sequence ends with Burns leaning forward, still laughing, the glass now balanced on top of his head.
