What happens

Bart Simpson, the boy with spiky hair in an orange-red jacket over a white collar, stands in a dim room beside a purple control panel with dials and a small green screen, while Mr. Burns, the frail, hook-nosed old man with grey hair at the sides, leans in close from the left in a dark suit. At first Bart looks sideways with heavy-lidded eyes, then turns to face Burns with wide, worried eyes and a closed mouth, and later his mouth opens as he speaks while Burns stays stooped toward him with a thin, sly smile. Notable objects include the purple console and a tiled floor visible at the bottom of the scene.
