What happens

Homer, Marge, Lisa, Bart and Maggie's neighbours wait in a crowded room as Chief Wiggum points, and Mr. Burns, frail and thin with a hooked nose, sits in a theater seat beside Smithers in a purple bow tie. The scene opens on a sign reading "BURNS' HEIR AUDITIONS IN LILLIE LANGTRY THEATER, ALL OTHERS GO TO HELL" at a wrought-iron gate before a lit mansion at night, then moves to a family standing in a wood-floored hall, with Homer holding two cards and Milhouse, in a cap and glasses, clinging to a blue-haired woman in a pink dress. The final frame shows Burns rubbing his hands together in the theater while Smithers watches.
