Mr. Burns and Homer stand at a window beside a wooden desk holding a document and pen

What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, very thin stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, and Homer, the bald heavy man in a white shirt, stand at a window beside a wooden desk holding a document and pen. Homer first stands talking with Burns, then raises his hands and jumps back in alarm while Burns, holding a small green object, glares at him. Behind them Marge with her tall blue beehive, Maggie with a pacifier and blue bow, Bart in his orange shirt, and Lisa in her red dress lean in from a doorway, with Grampa shouting in the foreground. The moment ends with the family watching the two men with wide eyes, while the paper and pen remain on the desk.
