What happens
Homer, the bald, heavy man in a white shirt, is lowered by a crane's cable headfirst into the top of a brick smokestack at a power plant, with a small figure visible in the yellow crane cab on the right. He sinks into the stack with his arms flailing and his eyes wide and mouth open, then emerges wrapped in a thick black cloud of soot as smoke and puffs billow around him. Credits over the scene read Producer John Swartzwelder, Consulting Producers Al Jean & Mike Reiss, Creative Consultant George Meyer, and Co-Produced by Joseph A. Boucher.
