What happens

Milhouse, with his blue hair, and Bart, with his spiky hair, watch from the foreground as a row of TV monitors shows scenes, including Chief Wiggum, a fat police chief in a cap, and a curly-haired woman behind a counter of ICE CREAM tubs. On the largest screen, a thin man with messy dark hair, wearing a dark jacket with a round patch, stands in a shabby room with a table and scattered papers, pointing at his reflection in a tall oval mirror. The reflection, mirroring his gestures, grows cracked and shards fall to the floor as he reaches for the table and then glares at his fractured reflection, which now shows a dark mark over its chest.
