Bart stands beside Mr. Burns indoors near a wall with a window to the right

What happens

Bart, in a dark blue suit and lavender tie, stands beside Mr. Burns, the frail, stooped old man with a hooked nose and blue-grey hair at the sides, in a dark suit and black tie, indoors near a wall with a window to the right. In the first two frames Bart stands with his mouth open and eyes wide while Mr. Burns holds a small dark blue object toward the viewer, then Bart's eyes close and his mouth stays open. In the later frames the scene shifts to the family's living room: Homer in a white shirt and blue pants sits at the left, Bart in an orange shirt and blue shorts sits on a brown couch gesturing with outstretched arms, Maggie in a blue bow and pacifier is held by Marge with her blue beehive, and Lisa's spiky hair is partly visible at the left edge. Bart's grin widens and then he talks while the family listens, with a framed sailboat picture on the pink wall behind them.
