What happens

Marge with her tall blue beehive and Homer, bald and wearing a white shirt, sit at a wooden desk in an office lined with shelves of binders, with a potted plant behind them. Homer, mouth open and teeth showing, sits beside Marge as Ned Flanders, with moustache, glasses and green sweater, sits in a red wingback chair at the desk; he gestures with one hand, then clasps his hands together and speaks earnestly. The final shot is a view of a tall gold-trimmed skyscraper rising above purple and blue buildings under a clear blue sky, with a small green figure visible at street level.
