What happens

A moustached man in a beret and red-and-white striped shirt gestures with outstretched arms at a bespectacled boy in an olive sweater sitting at a cluttered desk, while a dark-haired woman in black with glasses watches from the doorway. The scene then shifts to an office where Ned Flanders, in a green sweater and glasses, sits behind a desk holding a bowl of snacks and gesturing with one hand as Homer, seen from behind in a white shirt, and Marge, with her tall blue beehive and green dress, sit in chairs facing him. Papers lie on the desk, a green wastebasket sits at the side, and framed pictures hang on the wall.
