What happens

Bart Simpson, a spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt and blue shorts, stands with his hands on his hips on a green field beside a stern man in a tan uniform, brown tie, and wide-brimmed dark hat, both in front of gray Quonset huts and a leafy tree under a blue sky. The man walks over and stands beside Bart, and a large red letter K appears floating above Bart's head, then drifts to the right near the huts as the man turns toward him. The scene then cuts to close-ups of the man in his hat, first grimacing with clenched teeth and a sideways glance, then with eyes shut and mouth open as he speaks, with a gray hut and window behind him.
