What happens

A man with black hair and a moustache pokes his head out of a ceiling vent while Santa's Little Helper, the brown greyhound, pushes its head and tongue toward him and then its hindquarters move into the duct, in a purple metal ventilation shaft. The scene cuts to an office where a red-haired man in green overalls looks up at a tall, thin, grey-haired man in a blue shirt and tie, possibly Mr. Burns, who stands on the desk beside a lamp under the open ceiling vent. The tall man then bends to kneel on the desk, gesturing with a clenched fist as he talks, while the red-haired man stays at the desk with a window and blinds, a desk model, and papers on the wall behind them.
