What happens

A long-haired, blue-haired girl in a white t-shirt and jeans sprays a parked green car with a garden hose on a sidewalk outside a brick house, soaking a brown-haired boy in a purple-striped shirt who covers his ears, then she stands on the lawn with the hose pouring water onto the grass beside a bucket while the boy gestures at her. The scene then shifts to a kitchen where Marge, with her tall blue beehive and pearl necklace, watches a bearded man hold up a tablet and an older grey-haired man with glasses holds a soda can beside a pink-frosted birthday cake with lit candles.
