What happens

Principal Skinner, in a purple shirt and orange tie, stands over a shirtless, muscular man with bushy red hair and a moustache, who lies sprawled in red shorts on a gym floor while children, firefighters in helmets, and a woman with glasses watch. The red-haired man then pushes himself up onto his hands and knees and glares as Skinner looks off to the side, and Bart in an orange shirt grips a brown greyhound while a man in a light jacket stands behind him. Skinner then glares and argues with a bald man with grey hair at the sides, who wears a dark jacket, in a room with a window and a hanging lamp.
