What happens

Bart, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt, stands beside a man in an olive-green turtleneck sweater with dark swept-back hair, in a bedroom with a folded flag-patterned wall hanging, a purple door, and a blue star-patterned rug at the lower left. The man, who looks like Principal Skinner's neat-haired build but is not identified here, raises a hand to his chin at first while looking up and off to the side, then turns his head toward Bart as he speaks with an agitated expression and gestures with both hands. Bart glances sideways with a sullen, wide-eyed look. In the final moment the man stands with his arms folded at his waist, looking to the side with a wary expression while Bart stares ahead.
